TRAINING OBJECTIVES: This 4 day course introduces key Quality Assurance (QA) concepts and shows the students how to put them into practice. Key learning outcomes are:

  • Customers - how to carry out the Quality Assurance Surveys and Inspections effectively
  • How to meet the technical requirements of scope documents and purchase orders - by Suppliers and Customers
  • Understand the Quality Management principles and techniques relevant to Supplier Quality Assurance
  • Understand why suppliers and customers should work together
  • Learn the tools and techniques that enable suppliers to develop good working relationships with their customers
