Customer/Supplier Quality Assurance (QA)
TRAINING OBJECTIVES: This 4 day course introduces key Quality Assurance (QA) concepts and shows the students how to put them into practice. Key learning outcomes are:
- Suppliers - how to ensure that customer inspections are organized and carried out in an efficient manner
- Customers - how to carry out the Quality Assurance Surveys and Inspections effectively
- How to meet the technical requirements of scope documents and purchase orders - by Suppliers and Customers
- Understand the Quality Management principles and techniques relevant to Supplier Quality Assurance
- Understand why suppliers and customers should work together
- Learn the tools and techniques that enable suppliers to develop good working relationships with their customers
