Job Description/Requirements:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintain strong relationships with our existing and new client base
• Ensure great and consistent customer service is provided to all clients
• Contact new leads and follow up with existing clients
• Scheduling – Dispatch NDT technicians, arrange and confirm customer appointments, ensure accuracy of schedule, pricing and travel arrangements
• Generate sales and purchase orders using QuickBooks and confirm payment information
• Follow up to ensure that technicians and customers can meet timelines required
• Reporting – Receive, manage and produce final reports. Ensuring accuracy of details in reports. Coordinate reports with engineers, staff and management
• Maintain administrative and office inventory and stock levels
• Answer incoming phone and email inquiries, shipping and various administrative support

QUALIFICATIONS:
• 3+ years of customer service
• Multi-tasking skills
• Detail oriented
• Problem solving skills
• Great oral and written skills
• Superior computer skills (MS Office & Outlook)
• Time management skills
• NDT experience is an asset
