Principales fonctions:
•Prendre les appels des clients et planifier les travaux avec ces deniers.
•Organiser et établir l'horaire de travail des techniciens (environ 15).
•Obtenir les exigences des prestations de service et consignes de sécurité.
•Coordonner le personnel tout en tenant compte des exigences de la convention collective.
•Vérifier les feuilles de temps et les feuilles de route du personnel;
•Veiller à l'entretien des véhicules de compagnie.
•Veiller à ce que les techniciens possèdent le matériel et les informations nécessaires à l'exécution de leur travail.

La personne recherchée devra posséder le profil suivant:
•3 à 5 années d'expérience dans un poste similaire;
•DEC ou AEC en logistique;
