TEAM’s Edmonton branch is currently seeking an Eddy Current (ET) Data Acquisition Technician to work throughout Western Canada.

Shifts and schedules will vary per project with hours of 8-12 per day. Although this position is project based, there is a guarantee provision to be discussed with a successful candidate.

This position offers the opportunity to enter the Advanced Services market for the Petrochemical/Refining industry as part of a team or department of individuals who are working towards common goals and client satisfaction. You will be trained on the most diverse ET acquisition systems and software on the market to be able to acquire ET, RFT, IRIS, NFT, ET Array and NFT Array data. Self-starters with a willingness to do more will succeed in this role.

Successful candidates will:
•◦Have the ability to commit to TEAM's Safety First culture
◦Hold CGSB ET1 or ET2 mandatory.
◦Have one or more of the following CGSB certificates: UT1, MP, LP
◦Have 2+ years of Tube Inspection data acquisition experience as it pertains to ET, RFT, NFT, and IRIS.
◦Have strong documentation skills and computer literacy
◦Experience utilizing Eddyfi Ectane and/or Olympus MS5800 instruments and software is preferred
◦Ability to travel as required
◦Other NDE tickets or Rope Access experience will be an asset.
