NDTiC 2026 Vendor and Product Showcase

The NDTiC 2026 Vendor and Product Showcase invites all exhibitors to highlight their latest technologies and solutions. This program features new and innovative tools, techniques, and trends from leading NDT companies, offering attendees a clear view of advancements shaping the non-destructive testing community in Canada and around the world.

We welcome submissions on all topics related to non-destructive testing and inspection, including:

• Practical presentations and industry insights — real-world applications, case studies, lessons learned, and field-driven problem solving.

• Latest research and developments — emerging findings, experimental work, academic contributions, and innovations shaping the future of NDT.

• Advances in inspection technologies — new tools, techniques, digital solutions, automation, data analytics, and cutting-edge equipment.

Abstracts must be submitted online through your CINDE account.  If you don't have an account, please register here for a free account.   Within your account, please click on Task 35 to submit your conference abstract. 

Abstracts should include:

• A brief description of the product or technology you plan to showcase.

• The name(s) of the speaker(s) who will deliver the presentation.

  • all speakers must purchase either an Exhibitor, Presenter or Attendee pass.

• A title to put in the program

Important Dates:
April 1st, 2026 - Deadline to submit the abstract 
April 15th, 2026 - Deadline for any changes to the printed program
April 27, 2026 - Deadline for receipt of full presentations
