| Job Description/Requirements: AUT/TOFD Technicians required for long term new construction pipeline work in Canada. The majority of work is in BC, East of Kitimat & additional work starting west of Jasper all the way to Chilliwack, BC. Interpersonal, organizational & communication skills are required to interact effectively with personnel, inside and outside the company. Technicians will be responsible for inspecting and dispositioning welds based on pre-defined criteria in support of project deliverables and customer requirements. *UT Quality is currently working on multi-year projects until 2023 for both TransMountain and Coastal GasLink (BC)* Desired Skills and Experience: • Qualified as Level II UT tech to ISO 9712 (CGSB). • Qualified as Level II TOFD and PAUT to ISO 9712 (PCN or CSWIP) is an asset. • Experience with an AUT system preferred but not essential (training will be provided). • Experienced AUT Operators without CGSB tickets will be considered. • Must be able to read and write in English. • Ability to use standard software applications (Microsoft Word & Excel) is preferred. • All candidates must be able to undergo and pass a pre access drug and alcohol test. |
