Kent, WA – Industrial Inspection & Analysis, Inc.™ ("IIA") – a leader in providing inspection, testing, and engineering services – expands its service offerings with the recent acquisition of Advanced Technical Services NW, Inc. ("ATS"). Based in Kent, WA, ATS is the largest full-service, independent provider of calibration services in the Pacific Northwest.

Founded in 1986, ATS is a leader in providing calibration services of the highest quality. With a focus on customer service and a proven track record of helping companies achieve the increasing demands for quality and service, the addition of ATS is a great complement to IIA’s Laboratory Services group, which includes NDT Laboratories, QC Group, Timco Engineering, and IBB Technology of America.

"ATS’s unique mix of field and laboratory calibration services for customers in the Pacific Northwest region are a welcome addition to IIA’s ever-growing portfolio of capabilities" explains John Cote, Chairman of IIA. "The market we serve has an essential need for ongoing monitoring of their equipment and machinery to ensure proper functionality when building various parts and components. We are excited to boost our ever-expanding list of in-house capabilities with the addition of ATS’s calibration services. We look forward to continuing the success Cathy Baldwin and Phil Lausier have achieved to this point as we work to expand our suite of solutions to our customers."

"We are excited to announce this transaction and see great value for ATS partnering with IIA moving forward," states Cathy Baldwin, President of ATS." Phil Lausier and I are very proud of what our team has accomplished to date, and we are grateful to our dedicated staff who have represented our company well through high quality service. We expect ATS and its employees will achieve great success with IIA in the years to come."

This transaction continues IIA’s strategy of building a network of inspection and testing brands that hold a competitive advantage and offer a strong value proposition to a long list of customers in a wide variety of end markets.
