PRAGMA is proud to introduce the new PAUT 32/128 Instrument Cartridge. The PAUT 32/128 is a new cartridge for advanced phased array and mono/TOFD inspections. It features 32 active channels, multiplexing over 128 elements, 200-Volt pulsing, up to 3000 focal laws, and many other advanced features.

The cartridge features an I-PEX connector with standard pinout, offering PAUT probe compatibility with other brands. The state-of-the-art bipolar square-wave pulser is adjustable up to 200 Volts, to improve sensitivity or reach deeper penetration.

The Floormap3Di-R is fastest tank bottom inspection system developed by Silverwing, with scanning speeds of up to 1 m/s which is twice the speed of the previous model. The Floormap will improve your inspection efficiency whilst improving accuracy and data quality.

The Floormap combines two distinct technologies, MFL and STARS. The introduction of STARS (Surface topology air-gap reluctance sensors) enables the scanner to determine whether there is corrosion top side, bottom side or below the surface coating.

Improved signal to noise ratio combined with STARS and MFL ensures a more accurate and efficient inspection of coated and thicker plates.

Version 1.2 of the Lyft software refines existing features in a number of ways. The compensated wall thickness (CWT) tool is nearly twice as precise compared to the previous version 1.1 and it can now be used on a wider range of defect types and shapes. Lyft 1.2 brings improved performances on small defects and the ability to size corrosion near massive metal objects/geometries such as flanges by actively compensating for their electromagnetic contribution, resulting in better flaw sizing and improved versatility.

The standard configuration of the ultraSCAN Mx is a 5-axis system (X, Y, Y2, Z, Z2) with an inspection envelop of 3.5 x 2.5m. It comes with a specially designed water delivery system that provides a stable and repeatable UT signal. ultraSCAN Mx offers an efficient way to maximize the scanning rate with the use of multiple ultrasonic probes integrated into a specially designed water-box system. This multi-channel technology minimizes the amount of indexes required to scan the parts, reducing the total scanning time.. Instead of moving a single pair of probes across the surface of the parts, arrays of probes are used in pairs to scan across the inspected panel, the elements of the emitting array being fired simultaneously or one after the other.

Previously, this modification of a popular iRis videoscope was available only with 4mm and 6mm articulating probes. The probe diameter is a crucial parameter which effectively defines the suitability of a video inspection device for a particular job. The iRis DVRx model is one of the most affordable PRO grade video borescopes in its market segment. Adding a small diameter option will definitely increase the spectrum of applications for this already popular model.

The new modification comes with a 3mm (0.118’’) probe, the ideal diameter for high precision inspections of aircraft and automotive engines. The extra durable tungsten braided probe features two-way articulation and ranges between 1.5 and 4m (4.9’ and 13.1’ respectively) in length. The superb quality image is provided by a top notch "chip on the tip" CMOS camera integrated in a short distal end. DolphiTech today announced plans to offer a new range of ultrasound instruments with extended capabilities for non-destructive testing and inspection of materials. Based on its ultrasound- and transducer technology DolphiTech will offer NDT solutions with interchangeable transducers for different materials and applications. Product launch is planned for October 2017. The new system – codenamed DolphiCam 2 – will include a choice of transducers over a wide frequency range. DolphiCam 2 will also include features for robotics integration, general network connectivity and remote expert inspections (Remote NDT). DolphiTech will also intensify its efforts to integrate 3D positioning, giving inspectors improved structural awareness through CAD data integration and more.

"The customers want flexible NDT systems based on ultrasound imaging technology. DolphiTechs current product range is optimized for CFRP, but we want to offer a complete solution for multi-material structures. Customers has asked us for flexibility to inspect different materials as well as multimaterial joints.
