The ideal person will have the following:
-CGSB ET Level 2/3 (tube Inspection);
-Experience with RFT, IRIS, NFA;
-Previous leadership and training experience;
-Previous experience in R&D, and has worked as a lead analyst;

•Radiographic testing (RT)
•X Ray inspections (LPI)
•Radiographic testing (RT)
•X Ray inspections
•Ultrasonic thickness testing (UT)
•Sample preparation
•Interpretation of NDE methodology
•Disposition of materials in writing
•Visual, non-destructive and dimensional inspections (vernier calipers, height gauges, dial indicators etc.)
•Quality assurance testing and reporting
•Tracking material status
•Performing other testing requirements during various states of the repair process
•Working to defined standards and methodologies
•Applying test criteria

Job Description/Requirements:

This company is hiring inspectors! We currently have the following opportunities (5):

General Inspector
Inspector Level A
Inspector Level B
Inspector Level C (2 openings)

Primary Function:
To perform all tasks involved to conduct non-destructive examinations.

Tasks:
• Perform NDE in all areas of the Shop.
• Read and interpret documentation, including drawings and operating procedures.
• Create inspection reports, maintain and file documentation.
• Demonstrate good workmanship and practices.
• Communicate effectively with internal team members (i.e. peers, production leadership, project management, engineering) as well as customer representatives.
• Work in a safe manner, complying with all health, safety and environmental guidelines/regulations.
• Understand and adhere to quality requirements and productivity expectations.
• Proven commitment to workplace safety.

Qualifications will vary across these 4 job categories in that there is a different mix of requirements among the following skillsets/certs.:
• CEDO
• PT Level 2
• MT Level 2
• UT Level 1
• RT Level 1
• UT Level 2
• RT Level 2
