Have completed 56 classroom training hrs in MT1,UT1/2, LPI1, Radiation Safety, Introduction to Materials and Processes, Welding Inspection, ET1, RT1. I am currently preparing to write my CGSB certifications in MT Level 1/2, and UT Level 1. Experience: Completed 500 hours using Magnetic Particle and Visual Inspection at ESCO Corp. Port Hope, Ontario (steel casting foundry)as a summer employee and independent inspector. Practice using wet magnetic particle bench along with particle concentraion check, black light intensity check, head shots method, coil method, central conductor method, calibration of the amperage settings on the wet bench using a shunt meter, Ketos ring check and residual magnetism checks using a gauss meter. |
