| Job Description/Requirements: Calgary based, on the same offshore and marine projects as our St. John's crew. Fly in, inspect, fly home. Altomaxx is hiring a UT Level 2 to evaluate, report and supervise drone-delivered ultrasonic thickness measurement in cargo oil tanks, ballast spaces and holds on ships, FPSOs and FSOs, worldwide. No scaffold, no rope access, no confined space entry. Salary: $70,000 to $85,000 base, plus field day rate, per diem and overtime when travelling. Benefits, paid vacation, funded certification. You need: - CAN/CGSB-48.9712 UT2, current - Two years as operator, technician or inspector on thickness measurement of ship or offshore unit structure - Documented experience hours - Annual vision test (we pay) - Passport, driver licence, travel at short notice Top of the pile: marine gauging, class or survey background, IRATA/SPRAT, MT/PT/VT/ET, CSA W178.2 Level 2.
