| Job Description/Requirements: DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform NDT inspections in assigned methods (MT & PT) in accordance with NAS 410 and company written practice. Set up, standardize, and calibrate NDT equipment prior to inspection. Interpret and evaluate inspection results against applicable acceptance criteria. Identify and segregate nonconforming material and notify appropriate personnel. Maintain inspection records and calibration verification logs. Perform system performance checks and verify continued process control in accordance with applicable process standards and specifications. Provide technical guidance, oversight, and on-the-job training to Level I personnel and trainees within the scope of certified methods as directed by Level III. Review and ensure compliance with applicable customer codes, specifications, standards, and contractual quality requirements governing the NDT method. Develop detailed work instructions and technique sheets derived from approved general procedures, ensuring submission for final approval by the certified Level III. Ensure proper organization, traceability, and structured documentation of NDT inspection data in accordance with quality system requirements. Apply |
