CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations must be received in writing. Registrations cancelled before the 60 calendar days prior to the first day of the conference are subject to a $150 service charge. No refunds will be made within 60 days of the first day of the conference. 'No-shows' (no notification of cancellation) will not receive a refund.
