We invite all NDT professionals across the world to submit to the NDT in Canada 2026 Conference. The program will feature presentations from leading researchers, technicians, companies, and organizations who will demonstrate the latest technologies, trends, tools, and techniques to the non-destructive testing community in Canada and the world.

We welcome submissions on all topics related to non-destructive testing and inspection:

• Practical presentations/insights
• Latest research and developments
• Advances in inspection technologies

Abstracts must be submitted online through your CINDE account, Task #35.  If you don't have an account, please register here for a free account.   Within your account, please click on Task 35 to submit your conference abstract. 

You can upload your presentation once accepted using Task #37 in your CINDE account - Submit Conference Presentation Documents.

December 15, 2025 - Deadline for author/presenter title and abstract submissions - Extended to January 30, 2026
January 15, 2026 - Author/presenter acceptance - Extended to February 15, 2026
March 30, 2026 - Preliminary program announced
April 27, 2026 - Deadline for receipt of full presentations and papers

All submitted materials will be published in open access on our CINDE Conference Proceedings Database. They are also published on NDT.net.
